Let me help here,
The amber color of slag’s from all makers varies so much that it is ridiculous. This involves handmade, early machine made/hand gathered, along with the more simple machine made variations.
The amount of white involved in the slag itself also has a trick to fool the eye.
Orange or Peach colored slag’s are a very rare find. I do not doubt that these may have been variations of what was intended to be amber.
I have been searching for a true Akro “Orange” slag for many years—I still have not fooled myself.
I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more.
Marble—On!!
